I'm Cate, a Registered Massage Therapist, and I provide restorative and therapeutic massage therapy sessions.

Using traditional Swedish massage techniques integrated with myofascial release, cupping, hot and cold stones, tuning forks, and weighted tools, we can create a massage therapy treatment designed for your unique needs.

My practice is located in an inclusive space where people and their bodies & minds, of all shapes, sizes and neurotypes, are respected and welcomed.
